After submitting your request, you'll receive a link to a short online form. You answer a few targeted questions — style references, colors, goals — and share any existing files. No calls, no back-and-forth emails.
Every package includes one round of revisions. Need more? Additional revision rounds are available at a flat rate, clearly listed at checkout.
Most deliverables are ready within 48-72 hours. Larger projects like videos and landing pages take 5-7 business days. Your confirmation email will include the exact deadline.
Photos are delivered as high-resolution JPGs. Videos as MP4. Design files as PNG/PDF. Source files are not included unless specified.
For on-location shoots, a point of contact needs to be available on-site. For product photography, you simply ship or drop off your products, no need to stay.
All packages are paid upfront. After receiving your project brief, we'll send you a secure payment link. Work begins only after payment is confirmed.
